HyboNANO® is a rigid, closed - cell foam based on polymethacrylimide (PMI).

HyboNANO® is foamed and formed in a closed mold cavity using PMI foam granules. It enables cost - effective mass production of fiber - reinforced sandwich - structured components with complex geometries. For components that cannot be foamed and formed in a mold in one go, CNC machining can also be combined to simplify complex processing procedures. Meanwhile, it reduces the preparation time for processes before CNC machining and material waste, thus reducing costs and improving processing efficiency.
